Service Agreement
By using Cliste's AI hosting services, you agree to these terms. We provide infrastructure and management tools for hosting AI applications with guaranteed uptime and performance standards.
Acceptable Use
You may use our services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include hosting malicious AI, violating intellectual property rights, or attempting to compromise our infrastructure or other users' data.
Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. In the event of service disruptions, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in your plan agreement.
Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly or annually based on your plan. Usage-based charges are calculated at the end of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
